MELBOURNE | BALLARAT | PERTH | ADELAIDE | GEELONG
You are invited to RSM’s end of financial year R&D seminar, featuring our top practitioners who will cover all the need-to-know issues, leaving no R&D stone unturned in making sure you are prepared.

Before 30 June let’s do a check up to make sure you haven’t missed any critical end of year issues.
While we have the luxury of a 10-month registration deadline, there are a number of things you need to consider before 30 June. From registering overseas activities to invoicing related parties, we will walk through the checklist with you.

The presentation will discuss the following topics in depth, and how they impact on your eligibility and returns:

  • Compliance requirements and the numerous scenarios you need to consider.
  • An update on ATO and AusIndustry requirements and the importance of record keeping, timely reconciliation and activity tracking.
  • A refresher on eligible R&D activities including unpicking the nuances between issues such as core and supporting activities, a hypothesis versus an objective and technical versus market testing.
Finally, we hope there will be some post-election news we can explore with you on how the next Federal Government plans to support more Australian Innovation.

Business improvement should be a priority and EOFY is a good time to review internal practices.

We look forward to seeing you there.
