Flexible Working Arrangements
We understand that our people need to divide their time between work and other important aspects of their lives such as playing sports, studying, caring for a family, volunteering or simply maintaining a social life. To assist in the balancing act RSM offers a range of flexible working arrangements either on a temporary or permanent basis. These arrangements can be tailored to suit individual needs and commitments in line with business needs.

Purchasing Leave
Thinking of an extended holiday to somewhere exotic? Looking to spend more time with your children during the school holidays?

At RSM you don’t have to sacrifice your career for a holiday or extra time in the summer. We offer employees the opportunity to purchase one to four weeks leave per year in addition to their existing annual leave entitlements.

Parental Leave
RSM offers paid parental leave to eligible employees dependent on your years of service.

Life and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) Cover
On joining the firm, all permanent employees are immediately covered with Life and TPD insurance. This cover is provided to give you peace of mind at times of need.

Corporate Health Insurance
RSM have corporate discount programs with some of Australia’s largest private health insurers, with options designed to suit both your budget and lifestyle. RSM employees are eligible for discounted health insurance with Bupa, HBF, Medibank and NIB.
Employee Income Protection Plan
Permanent employees automatically are covered under the Income Protection Plan. This plan covers members for illness or accident (other than self-inflicted) 24 hours per day, seven days per week worldwide.

Group Insurance Scheme
RSM, in association with Western United Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd, operates a Group Insurance Scheme providing cover for areas of general insurance such as home, contents and car insurance. Employees are eligible to access comprehensive premiums and coverage.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
RSM is committed to promoting the positive mental health and wellbeing of all our staff. To support this commitment, we have partnered with Assure Programs to deliver a holistic range of services to enable staff (and their immediate family members) to proactively address any personal or workrelated concerns that affect their productivity and overall

Performance Reviews
Employees are provided with regular feedback on their performance through our performance management platform, ROADmap. ROADmap is about meaningful conversations around recognition, objectives, aspirations and development. It will provide feedback in ways that will empower individuals, drive performance, support, development and create a sense of purpose. There are three "Check In's" per year with a different conversation focus at each point in time.
