Sam Mohammad

Sam specialises in providing practical and easy to understand GST, duty, payroll tax and fuel tax credit advice on complex matters, with a particular focus on clients in the property, government, mining and infrastructure sectors.

John Bland
Director – International Tax & Transfer Pricing  

John was the leader of Deloitte's Queensland Transfer Pricing practice for 17 years, including 13 years as a partner and 5 years as lead partner of the overall Deloitte Queensland Tax team. He has experience across the gamut of Transfer Pricing issues. ...

Demonstrating the veracity of the phrase ‘the circle of life’, John returned to the ATO in 2021 as a TP Specialist in the International Tax Structuring team, including serving as Australian competent authority on numerous large complex TP cases.

Belinda Crowley
Director – Corporate Tax 

Belinda provides income tax and FBT consulting and compliance services to predominantly medium and large corporate taxpayers. These include listed and unlisted entities, and foreign-owned groups, including several large private equity backed groups....

Belinda has provided structuring and CGT advice to some of Queensland’s largest agribusinesses, assisted with the tax implications and regulatory requirements related to IPOs and sale transactions, and provided international structuring advice for inbound investment, including treatment of IP and loans.
