Industry Networking Breakfast

RSM Australia in partnership with Ai Group and Talent Beyond Boundaries, are excited to host its latest Industry Networking Breakfast which will explore some of the challenges businesses are facing in a post-pandemic economy. 

As well as a great opportunity to network, we will be joined by David Spear from Talent Beyond Boundaries who will discuss access to skilled migration pathways and Chris Sealie from Ai Group who will talk about some of industry relations challenges which employers are currently facing.

The event will be rounded off with a Mid-Year Tax update from Travis Connell from RSM Australia.

Chris Sealie
Chris Sealie | Workplace Relations Manager, Ai Group

Chris is a commercially focused, capable, results driven Human Resources and Employee Relations professional that has over 25 years’ experience partnering with business leaders to facilitate change and improve business performance.

Confident operating in multi-site manufacturing and heavy engineering service environments with a range of coworker engagement levels including low and high Union densities.
David Spear
David Spear | Regional Outreach Manager, Talent Beyond Boundaries

David is an Adviser to international humanitarian organisation Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB); the Head of Partnerships and Ecosystems at startup and business growth accelerator Runway; and a Director of Wayfairer.coop, which is an innovative regenerative tourism organisation.

He is also an active member of the Barwon South West Region of Victoria's Regional Development Australia Committee, and the City of Greater Geelong's Sustainability Advisory Committee.
