RSM Australia invites you to attend an interactive and informative session for all current (up to intermediate level) and potential Xero Cashbook users, presented by Georgia Kidman from RSM in Northam.
All workshops will cover the following topics:
  • Customising your file
  • Using contacts efficiently
  • Reconciling the bank, including effective use of rules, matching, cash coding and common errors
  • Payroll including the back-end settings, templates, leave accruals, correcting errors, employee time sheets, finalisation and STP
  • Sales invoices/debtors including files and emailing
  • Bills to Pay/Creditors including processing hacks, credit notes and batch payments
  • Products and services
  • Budgeting and cash flow forecasting for agribusiness with a basic live demonstration of Figured and Xero integration
  • Getting the most out of Xero reporting
  • Useful tools including search functions and efficient recode functions

MEET THE SPEAKER
Georgia Kidman | Senior Accountant

Georgia joined RSM in 2016 with a background in business services and commercial accounting. In 2019, Georgia moved to the RSM office in Northam to broaden her accounting experience.

Georgia has been using Xero since 2012, representing RSM with Xero farming presentations for over 3 years. She is passionate about sharing exciting features of Xero and demonstrating how to get the best value from the product with the least effort. She has worked with numerous clients setting up their payroll system and making it work efficiently in the background recording all the necessary information to ease user experience.

Keiran is a Director of the Business Advisory division in Moora and is responsible for the areas of the Wheatbelt, Midwest and North West of WA.

With more than 20 years experience in agribusiness and mining industries, Keiran is able to deliver quality service to his clients over a large range of issues. His personal involvement in these industries has given him great insight into the issues affecting many of his clients and assists in providing solutions to them.

Jessie Johnson is a Manager in the Business Advisory division of RSM in Merredin. Jessie specialises in Tax Planning, Budgeting, General Compliance, and Business Structure Advice and set up. Jessie has always worked in Public Practice, before joining RSM she worked mainly with high wealth individuals and large family businesses.

One of Jessie's best successes since working at RSM is her integration into a new community. It was a bit of a gamble coming to work in a regional community from the city and not knowing anyone, but she couldn’t be happier that she took that leap of faith – finding a place to call home and meeting amazing people that she would never have met otherwise.
