You are invited to join Katie Timms - RSM Director & National Head of Superannuation and SMSF services, Rhys Edwards - Senior Manager and RSM’s resident property and structuring expert together with Alana Magee – Director of Conquest Finance as they discuss all things property investment.

Learn the tips and traps of setting up your investment portfolio through a Self-Managed Superannuation Fund and how to invest personally whilst protecting your other assets through a trust or other investment vehicle.

In addition, Alana will discuss how the recently announced government grants could work for you and what’s changed in regard to financing property acquisitions through different investment vehicles.
Topics the team will be discussing include:

Katie Timms | Director and National Head of Superannuation and SMSF Services

Katie specialises in superannuation and has significant experience in all areas of SMSFs, including administration and compliance, asset acquisition, tax-saving strategies, structural assistance, and estate planning.

A regular day for Katie ranges from helping farmers transfer property out of super to the next generation to advising company directors on how their SMSF interacts with their employee share scheme.
Rhys Edwards | Senior Manager

Rhys is very driven by results and works closely with his clients to deliver outcomes that make a real difference to their business and personal goals.

As a certified Xero adviser, he helps clients with Xero setup, app set-up and monthly reporting and reconciliations.
